Route 66 Clothing

about us

Route66 Clothing, WaterfordRoute 66 wasd by Waterford businesswoman Elaine Roche in 1990 to cater for an ever increasing demand for high fashion trends and brands which were previously only available from Dublin or the UK.

Back in 1990 the store was very denim orientated but as time passed the demand for casualwear as well as denim grew.

Route 66 introduced many of the top brands to Waterford these include Peter Werth, French Connection, Fcuk, Firetrap, Levis, Cinch, Pornking, Psycho Cowboy, Kronk, Firetrap Females, Full Circle, Freesoul, Sponge, Lee jeans, Golddigga and G-Star and of course the big two SUSST and NOPE to name but a few.

Route66 Clothing, WaterfordImagine these are just some of the brands that were not available in Waterford before Route 66 stocked them.

Today Route 66 Clothing is renowned nationally as the leader for independent retailers in South East Ireland.

It's customer base spans from Waterford City to Dungarvan, from Tramore to Clonmel, from New Ross to Kilkenny and beyond.

The store celebrated it's 10th anniversary last year with the launch of this website.
